South Campus Research Unit for Bone and Soft Tissue
CHLOE ELLIOTT
Chloe is in her second summer working as a research student for SCRUBS, providing help with
day-to-day tasks of the team including writing manuscripts, and data collection. She is involved
in the SNAP-U trial as being first author on the manuscript describing adjudication committees,
and second author on another sub-paper regarding scaphoid nonunion risk factors. She is
currently working on projects that involve distal biceps ruptures and ankle fractures.
She is entering her fourth year of her undergraduate degree at Maryville University in St. Louis,
where she is majoring in Molecular and Microbiology and minoring in Chemistry and Pre-
Medicine.
When she is not studying, Chloe plays NCAA lacrosse for her university.
Aside from research, Chloe is a coffee advocate and loves to try new local cafes, while
spending her spare time running outdoors, reading, and listening to music.
